Hi there! We are Jeremy Prunty and Cristine Murphy, and we have a passion for real estate. We're blessed to call the Omaha metro our hometown as it's been since 1990. We love interacting with and helping as many people as possible, and improving neighborhoods one house at a time.

Jeremy was working as a handyman at the age of 18. He then started in the construction industry in 2001 at 21 years old. This helped him transition his knowledge and experience and charge into the next chapter. His passion for real estate first started in 2004 when he bought a home in Bellevue Nebraska in as is condition. His relationship with lenders started with this purchase and has continued to grow over the years.

Jeremy's first formal real estate investing training was in 2010. He has now been to countless trainings and seminars from a major portion of the top real estate education companies. From these experiences, his dedication over the years has grown to build as many positive relationships as possible. He is also a licensed contractor with Nebraska and the city of Bellevue, EPA certified mold and lead remediator, and a registered contractor with Nebraska Department of Labor.

Cristine oversees all operations of the design and social media. Cristine ensures both are executed with care, accuracy, and excellence. Her exceptional skills are attention to detail, communication, and building long lasting relationships. She brings everyone together and makes sure everything is completed to expectations. Being able to adapt on the fly is how Cristine is able to manage the many moving aspects and fit them into place. Cristine is also bilingual in Portuguese.
